This October, we'll be sending a team of 10 people to serve alongside our missionaries, Austin and Emily Porter, at King's Cross Church in Farmington, Utah.
The primary purpose of the trip is to support their church during one of the busiest and most strategic weeks of ministry each year: their Fall Family Festival. This outreach is a tremendous opportunity to connect with families in a community that is only about 2% evangelical. Because many in the LDS community participate in Halloween and fall events, the festival opens countless doors for gospel conversations and ongoing relationships.
Our team will be there to help make that outreach possible by serving in a variety of practical and evangelistic ways while encouraging Austin, Emily, and their church.
Trip Dates: October 21-25 (Wednesday-Sunday). Since the trip runs from Wednesday through Sunday, most people would only need to take a few days off work.
